What we wore to AFW 2025 [AFWに着て行った服]

What we wore to AFW 2025 [AFWに着て行った服]

When it comes to fashion week I always think you should feel a little bit uncomfortable with what you're wearing if you were to walk out on a random street or do your groceries. You want to feel out of place walking up to AFW but when you are there completely in place. That is like my one rule- if I don't feel slightly uncomfortable in a normal, mundane life setting than I haven't gone hard enough. And this year I hope I didn't disappoint...

Introducing FIT 1 from AFW 2025-

I call this look the Sweaty Sportsman. The only thing useful about this towel was to clean the lens on peoples cameras...

It is all in the details..

Featuring our:

  • Hiro Jersey Top
  • Hiro Basketball Shorts
  • Hiro Apron
  • Lucky Pierrot Pants in Chef Stripe
  • Archive Itadaki headscarf (I used to sell these during my market days but thinking of bringing these back!)
  • Anddd our new Itadaki studded bangle!!!!!

I am also layering with my prized possession bag the NOTSEWNEW X SPIRARO collaboration duffel sports bag, tartan mini towel, jewellery from my mum, bachan and pieces I sourced in India and my favourite platform uggs and sunnies

Love seeing all the fashion girls dress how they want to dress- honestly one of my favourite parts about fashion week is seeing everyone flaunt their style in their own unique way.

Introducing FIT 2 from AFW 2025

This look is up for debate- I call it clown but some say flower xxx

Featuring our:

  • Lucky Pierrot Pants in Half/Half
  • Tulle Collar [soon to be released]
  • Tulle cuffs [soon to be released]

Also paired this look with my first ever depop purchase [would be over 10 years ago now] the red vest, thrifted mens suit blouse and my favourite clown shoes we sourced for a shoot last year!

The only bad thing about wearing baggy, oversized pants- the hemmm!!!!!

Nothing more surreal than rocking up to AFW decked out in Itadaki head to toe but I must say to see Itadaki worn and captured on the streets by others was also a pretty special moment!!
