Exchanges and Returns Policy

As our garments are made from limited runs ITADAKI does not accept returns for refund. We suggest visiting our size guide to ensure your desired fit.

Swimwear cannot be refunded or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

If your order doesn’t fit we can offer store credit or a size exchange depending on available stock and production timelines. We do not offer alterations to orders once sent.

Full priced items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving. Exchanged goods must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all original tags intact. Please email contact@itadaki.store for any exchange inquiries and we will provide you with specific product availability and a return address.

Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and the original shipping costs will not be included in return/exchange costs.
