We offer free shipping automatically applied at checkout for orders over $400AUD Australian wide. For orders under $400AUD rates are as below.

STANDARD POSTAGE

For all Australian orders, the standard shipping flat rate is $10AUD.

EXPRESS POSTAGE

For all Australian orders, the standard shipping flat rate is $15AUD.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

STANDARD SHIPPING

For all international orders, the standard shipping flat rate is $30AUD.

For all New Zealand orders, the standard shipping flat rate is $15AUD.

DHL EXPRESS

All Express International orders are sent out via DHL Express. See below zones for specific country rates.

Zone 1 - New Zealand

$60 - Zone 2 - For most destinations in Oceania, Asia, USA, Canada and some destinations in Europe

$80 - Zone 3 - For most destinations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia, South America

SHIPPING POLICY

 

All item (except for Express International orders) are sent via Australia Post. You will receive an initial email when placing your order and an additional email once your parcel has been sent out to you, this email will also provide you with specific tracking information. All items are sent in 100% recycled or compostable mailers.

Alternatively, if you are based in Sydney and would like to pick up locally please DM us on Instagram or email us at contact@itadaki.store to arrange a time.

It is essential that your correct email is provided at checkout to receive tracking information. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, in addition to time measures outlined for pre-order and made to order garments. If you order multiple pieces your order will ship when the entire order is ready.

Please note that ITADAKI does not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you. Shipping labels are created based on your checkout information so please ensure that the address provided is accurate. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your fulfilment email. In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will do whatever we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. We do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit.

International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes in your country. These charges are entirely the customers expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and the item is returned to sender, you will not be refunded.
