We offer free shipping automatically applied at checkout for orders over $400AUD Australian wide. For orders under $400AUD rates are as below.

All items (except for DHL Express International orders) are sent via Australia Post. You will receive an initial email when placing your order and an additional email once your parcel has been sent out to you, this email will also provide you with specific tracking information. All items are sent in 100% recycled or compostable mailers.

It is essential that your correct email is provided at checkout to receive tracking information. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your order, in addition to time measures outlined for pre-order and made to order garments. If you order multiple pieces your order will ship when the entire order is ready.
Please note that ITADAKI does not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you. Shipping labels are created based on your checkout information so please ensure that the address provided is accurate. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your fulfilment email. In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will do whatever we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with Australia Post. We do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit.
International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes in your country. These charges are entirely the customers expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and the item is returned to sender, you will not be refunded.
