As garments are made in limited quantities, refunds cannot be issued for change of mind or if the garment does not fit as desired. In these cases you are eligible for an exchange for different sizing or store credit for the full amount excluding shipping fees. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for exchanges, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
Non-returnable items: Swimwear due to hygiene reasons, all sale/ discounted items.
Returns are only offered to faulty or incorrect items. In this case please email contact@itadaki.store with photos and notes regarding your order.
