Tatami Try Ons

Come by our studio in Marrickville for a 45 minute fitting room session with one of our lovely team members. Appointments are available on Fridays from 10am to 3pm.

 

No purchase is required. Friends are welcome - for groups larger than 3, please send an enquiry to contact@itadaki.store

 

Upon booking, we'll send you a form to fill out with all the pieces you'd like to try on so we can have your pieces prepared for your arrival. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of styles/sizes. Styles and sizes sold out online will most likely be unavailable in-house. 

 

Details will be provided to you via email shortly after creating your booking. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive an email.

FAQs

  • There is no expectation for you to make a purchase on the day. However, if you'd like to save on shipping this a great time for it!

  • We accept cash (exact cash required as we do not hold change on the premises), card and Afterpay!

  • Unfortunately, if an item is sold out on the website it is most likely unavailable for try-on.

    Regardless, we recommend you request any styles you'd like to try on when filling the pre-appointment form and our team may be able to provide some alternatives for you.

  • Yes, feel free to bring up to two guests with you!

    If your guests would also like to try things on, make sure to include them in the pre-appointment form so we can prepare for you accordingly.

  • Your selected styles and sizes will be awaiting your arrival! Our lovely team will be there to assist you with sizing, styling and anything else you need.

  • Please get in touch with us as soon as you can through email or Instagram.

    In most cases, we will have to end your appointment at the originally scheduled time. This is so we are considerate of the time of other customers and our staff.

  • No worries! Come in and take a seat. We'll get to you when your appointment time begins.

  • Please get in touch with our customer service team here. It is helpful if you can include your name and booking time.

    We understand that life happens! When possible, please try to give us more than 12 hours notice before cancelling an appointment. Our staff want you to have the best experience and spend a lot of time preparing for your arrival.

    If less then 12 hours, please still get in touch. No-shows will not be able to book in with us again.
