How to measure yourself

Measuring Giude

Bust

Wrap the tape measure under your armpits and around the fullest part of your bust. Where the ends of the tape measure meets is your bust measurement. Do not wrap the tape measure too tightly around the body or allow it to dig in when measuring. The tape measure should comfortably sit along the body for an accurate reading.

Waist

Wrap the tape measure around your waistband above your belly button and below your rib cage. Where the ends of the tape measure meets is your waist measurement. Do not wrap the tape measure too tightly around the body or allow it to dig in when measuring. The tape measure should comfortably sit along the body for an accurate reading.

Hips

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips, this should include the largest part of your rear. Where the ends of the tape measure meets is your hip measurement. Do not wrap the tape measure too tightly around the body or allow it to dig in when measuring. The tape measure should comfortably sit along the body for an accurate reading.
